Rockin’ the Irish market by storm since their launch, NIMA Brush ticks all the boxes when it comes to makeup brushes. I love supporting Irish products too and if you have yet to hear about NIMA Brush then you need to keep an eye out! NIMA Brush was established by long time Irish makeup artist, Niamh Martin, after over a decade working as a professional in the Irish and UK market. The aim was to provide fun, professional grade tools at low cost and boy has she done it!
In today’s post I am going to talk about one of their most popular brushes the ‘Grace’ by NIMA Brush RRP €16. This brush is made of a soft mix of synthetic fibers. I love this brush because of it’s multifunctional purpose. When you first look at the brush you instantly think of using it for contouring, which I use it mostly for. The brush is stiff but then soft at the top so it picks up the powder in your contouring set. When applying onto your face I find the brush really soft and gentle. It also makes the product sit lovely on your skin.
My next use for ‘The Grace’ NIMA Brush is for highlighting. As the brush is narrow at the top you can use it to apply a small amount of product which is perfect when highlighting.
My next use for ‘The Grace’ NIMA Brush is when applying my foundation. I wouldn’t use this brush everyday for my foundation as I prefer it for contouring. I really like the smooth finish it gives to your face. Because of it’s tapered end ‘The Grace’ brush is perfect for under eye concealer.
So the idea behind the names of the different brushes are based on Niamh naming them after her friends. Niamh wanted to name her brushes after women who have been supportive in her life. I absolutely LOVE this idea and Niamh you are one clever lady! This is such a fun and cleaver idea as every girl wants a brush named after her. I am a sucker for anything personal and I know if someone got me something with my name on it I would die! I also bought the ‘Kate’ brush, I couldn’t resist!
The NIMA Brushes are very affordable and you can purchase them online too. They are available from www.nimabrush.com. NIMA Brush also won ‘Best Make-Up Brushes’ in the U Magazine 2015 Beauty Awards! Well done Niamh, you go girl!
